- ➤ Internal records from last summer showed a communication breakdown in Oakland public schools when tests revealed dangerous lead levels in drinking water without timely alerts to principals. - ➤ BART reported a disabled train outside West Oakland Station caused delays for trains heading toward SFO and the East Bay. The agency said the Red line was cancelled and Green and Blue lines rerouted to MacArthur, with riders advised that transfers may be needed until a rescue train arrives. KTVU
