  • Berkeley-based Kamu Siapa Kitchen owner Dakota Pekerti will host a SNAP benefits fundraiser on Nov. 30 at Radically Fit in Oakland where he will serve chorizo tacos to support those in need.   • Taura Stinson, an Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated songwriter, remembered her high school coach John Beam as a motivator who listened to her early songs and cheered her on at Frick Middle and Skyline High in Oakland.   • A magnitude 3.3 earthquake shook the East Bay near San Ramon Monday night at 10:47 p.m. and was felt by residents with a 5.5-mile depth—there were no reports of damage or injuries.  KTVU

  • A new state law signed by Gov. Newsom will let the Port of Oakland lease vacant storefronts to a wider range of businesses—local leaders hope it will boost activity at Jack London Square where over half the spaces are empty.  KTVU

  • Bay Area seniors have started riding Waymo’s self-driving cars—many view them as a new lifeline for wellness—and local officials are urged to work with companies to make rides safer and more affordable.  San Francisco Chronicle

  • Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was warned by the NBA after he confronted a heckling fan courtside at Smoothie King Center during a win over the Pelicans in New Orleans—referee Courtney Kirkland quickly defused the situation as teammates rallied around him.  San Francisco Chronicle
  • Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr put Moses Moody and Will Richard in the starting lineup today for a 125-120 win over the Spurs—early numbers show a plus-21 net rating with 119.4 on offense and 98.4 on defense.
