- ➤ The BBB warned nonprofits nationwide about the Oakland-based fundraising platform Flipcause after receiving 105 complaints—95 in the last year—alleging delays in donation transfers that left organizations owed more than $888,000. The agency said Flipcause, which stopped responding in 2024, is urged to resolve the issues promptly. Oakland Voices
- ➤ Bay Wheels has reached a record high this year with 458,000 rides last month and a 30% increase from last year as new e-bike stations boost travel. The bike share service now offers over 6,000 bikes at 600 stations across the Bay Area — Saturdays saw a 35% gain in rides. San Francisco Chronicle
