  • Oakland police are investigating a Saturday shooting in which a man and a woman were killed near Skyline Boulevard and Skyline Circle at about 11:15 a.m.—the victims' names are being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.  ABC7
  • Pleasanton police arrested 29 year old Lucas Chan on Friday after he fatally shot a man on the 4600 block of Helpert Court, and investigators later removed suspected explosive devices from his home.  KTVU
