  • Ava Community Energy launched a $10 million e-bike lottery program last week for Alameda County residents who can get instant rebates on e-bikes—from $400 for a standard bike to $900 for a cargo or adaptive model, with low-income residents eligible for up to $1,500 plus $250 for safety gear.
