- ➤ Oakland police arrested Zocari Hicks for the November 20, 2021 homicide of 17-year-old Claijon Tolbert-Bundy on Carrington Street — they also arrested Deshaun Mays for the May 23 homicide of Sirjewel Brooks near International Boulevard as investigators continue to seek additional persons of interest.
