  • Oakland police are searching for the driver of a car that hit a man in an electric wheelchair while he was crossing the street at the intersection of 18th Street and San Pablo Avenue on Sunday around 11:30 a.m. (witnesses said the man was thrown from his chair) (the driver left the vehicle running and fled the scene).  KTVU
