- ➤ California’s e-bike voucher program is back and opens on April 29 at 5 p.m.—one thousand $2,000 vouchers will be available to residents who meet income requirements at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Applicants must join a waiting room from 5 to 6 p.m. and watch a safety video before getting the voucher. KTVU
